Praise for our San Diego LDC Team
Over the past year as we delivered 1400 living units worth over $3,000,000 you were praised multiple times by the Irvine team and the testimony this morning of the RBCI team on how well we all performed caps the project. With a few weeks left to go, this project has to go down and as a rousing success. Thank you, I appreciate all you and your team have done and I cannot thank you enough.
I have attached the pictures of our get together".
Thank You

Huge Safety Accomplishment at our Perris LDC
Congratulations to our Perris LDC/RDC 461 team for going 3 years accident free and 1 year injury free on 09/23/2014. This is truly a great accomplishment that could only be satisfied by the highest caliber employees. A driver who commits himself each and every day to not only be the safest driver but also perform quality installs without getting hurt is so valuable. This is a team effort and includes our driving fleet, installation specialist, material handlers, office personnel and management, we thank you all for the dedication that is put into making this account one of the safest LDC’s in the country every day. I would like to send a special thanks to the driving fleet which includes Pedro Gonzalez, Misraim Sagastume, Lester Thompson, Art Yepez, Edward Flores, Jimmy Jones, Byron Sagastume and Jose Salgado for being on the road every day and making safety their #1 priority. It takes a special group to achieve these milestones and only reminds us all that with teamwork all goals are attainable. We look forward to another year accident and injury free. Great work guys!

Our 5 Efficiency Principles
Are you familiar with the Smith System? The Smith System is a driving safety training system that contains 5 Keys: Aim high in steering, get the big picture, keep your eyes moving, leave yourself an out, and make sure they see you.
Operating equipment on the public road is so dynamic and complex that we could never come up with an exhaustive checklist of what to do/not do to avoid or minimize all bad situations. So, the right way to operate safely is to implement keys, or behaviors, so that safety (incident prevention) becomes a natural, automatic response.
Efficiency can be thought of in the same way. You know very well that no two Final Mile deliveries are the same. They may look the same on paper…a three item Whirlpool delivery to a personal residence…but there is always something unique to that delivery.
So, we’ve developed the 5 Efficiency Principles. Like the Smith System, they are behaviors that prompt us to think ahead and prepare to operate efficiently. More to come…
