Another great feature of
the JBHDrive app is the ‘Service Request’ option! If a piece of equipment is
being dropped or will be idle, this is the perfect option to notify Maintenance
of an equipment issue, upload pictures of the issue (if necessary), and notify
Maintenance of the location of the piece of equipment. This option should only
be used for dropped or idle equipment and is not intended for submitting issues
to be addressed on your tractor at your next B-Service. Any issues or repairs
that you want addressed at your next scheduled B Service should continue to be
entered via the ‘Add to B-Service’ option in the JBHDrive app. If you haven’t
